Title: Please help in determining Penstemon.

I get as Penstemon rupicola. But it is very different from Penstemon rupicola, which I have long been in the collection.

And one more. In whose name, I'm not entirely sure.
Presumably as a Penstemon procerus var. albescens. Is it so?.
