Another favourite of mine I think, but shorter than I expected it to be.
-
Well, it looks exactly the same as the one I bought in Dunblane on Saturday!! ::)
-
How short is it? In my garden it is a very tall robust snowdrop, clumping up well. I gave some to my mum and it seems to have taken over! It is even spreading in her lawn from a single bulb planted next to the path. The clump is now a foot in diameter!

My newbie looks to be a tall sort of thing... I would be thrilled if it performs as well as those you have given to your Mum, Anthony. 8) It certainly is easy to tell it from the others! :-X

Guessing at your age Anthony..... Just how many decades has it been at your mums?.....
;D ;D ;D

Not more than 10 years John. From a single pot she now has half a dozen reasonable sized clumps and I have four. I'll post a pic of one later.

Maggi!!
I've just went out to measure mine. They are 8.5 inches / 22cm
-
Must get my ruler out :-[

;D

Mine are 30cm in a shady spot but smaller in the sun.
-
My newbie is about six inches, I would think but I was told it would be a bigger plant when settled.
Flower is like Kristina's though.
-
Mine is only 14cm at a push. :-[
But that's probably due to the pot, especially if they take a while to get settled. I'm sure it was quite tall and elegant last year.
