Title: big bulb starting to grow now

Hello everyone.
I have got a few bulbs and I am really wondering what they are.
I should probably know...
I am in N Somerset (UK) now, these bulbs are starting to grow now and they are rather large. Leaves are glossy and thick and growing in a circular pattern.
Any suggestion would be useful.
