I bought the three plants below about 18 years ago. The labels have long been lost but all three were supposedly from wild chinese species -a number of which had been brought in to cultivation at that time.
I know very little about Epimedium (and not much about anything else!) and I hoped that someone could put a name to these.
Each "species" has two images -a general view and a close-up of the flower:

Is species 3 Epimedium acuminatum? - Yes, happy with this.
EDIT: the hairy leaf margins are like E. epsteinii, but flowers are closer to E. acuminatum.
-
Species 1 looks like the Japanese E. diphyllum.
-
Species 2: E. pauciflorum?
-
Thanks Matt!
Your suggestions regarding acuminatum and pauciflorum seem to fit the bill exactly and I believe that they were amongst the plants I initially bought.
E. diphyllum is not a species I knowingly bought but following your suggestion I have compared my plant with images online -again you appear to be spot on!
Many thanks,
Steve

A little reminder that we have some excellent Epimedium references, complete with photos, here in the forum. Many supplied by Mark McDonough - an Epi Enthusiast if ever there was one - and Wim Boens, too. :)
There is even a section with various Epimedium threads brought together, which starts with Hans Joschko's 2009 thread : http://www.srgc.net/forum/index.php?topic=3374.0 (http://www.srgc.net/forum/index.php?topic=3374.0) 8)

I thought my ears were burning ;D
I agree with the IDs, and also wanted to mention, what fine photographs of Epimedium, not the easiest plant to capture well.
