Title: Rosularia Dipoyraz and Rosularia Küpe Dağı introducers wanted
Post by: Great Moravian on April 21, 2015, 09:10:26 AM
Dipoyraz and Küpe Dağı are mountains above the town Seydişehir.
Rosularia Dipoyraz and Rosularia Küpe Dağı alias
Prometheum Dipoyraz and Prometheum Küpe Dağı
are in cultivation. I wonder whether the plants are of garden
origin or really introduced from the respective mountains.
If so, who introduced them. Thank you.
Interestingly, the genus name Prometheum comes in
gardener usage after it was refuted by botanists.

A good bet is to contact the Sedum society at sedumray@talktalk.net as it has access to a wide range of experts.
Also Urs Eggli may have published information.

The Sedum Society (http://www.cactus-mall.com/sedum/) is another of the many sites listed in the SRGC's  LINKS PAGES  (http://www.srgc.net/forum/index.php?action=links)
