Title: Galanthus Marianne Hogener
Post by: Derryclare on March 08, 2015, 11:08:55 PM: Can anyone help please with a photo of Galanthus Marianne Hogener? I bought it at the 2010 gala and thought I'd lost it but my records now seem to suggest that it's the one that Mark liked a lot when he visited but which I had labelled as Tante Kathe. Many thanks

Just to clear this then, we all liked the one labelled 'Tante Käthe', which I believe was correctly labelled according to the photo Mark has just posted. Funnily enough I saw 'Tante Käthe' again last week at a 'Snowdrop Tea' and I liked it just as much as yours!

Hi Alan,

thanks for the obituary. The Snowdrop was named after her.
She was my cousin.

Like the majority of my snowdrops it's gone over now after 3 warm days last week but it's only 11 months till it returns. Time to finish mapping the snowdrops and then to watch the Erythroniums....
