One mistake that I can see in the otherwise great mag. Iris 'Ktherine Hodgkin' isnt. Another expert can ID it - now back to my photography and a coffee and coffee cake ...

We've just watched Monty Don's TV programme, where he visits gardens around the world , to see him visit Tromsų and the Botanic Garden there. He was shown round by the curator Arve Elvebakk , it was great to see huge lilies, meconopsis and great patches of Cremanthodium.... growing like weeds!!
We also saw part of the historic collection area, of old garden plants. I haven't been watching this sereis, but I am pleased to have seen this episode. It may well be repeated elswhere in the TV schedules.... I encourage you to look out for it 8) 8)
