You can buy some at rareplants.eu when they will be back from vacation (on october 12) : http://www.rareplants.es/shop/prodtype.asp?strParents=0,70&CAT_ID=208&numRecordPosition=1 (http://www.rareplants.es/shop/prodtype.asp?strParents=0,70&CAT_ID=208&numRecordPosition=1)
I don't know if the Scilla maderense seeds are fresh, but for other seeds that I bought this year, the quality was very good and the packets had quite a lot of seeds.

We saw it in bloom late last month at the Jardim Botanico da Madeira

I flowered mine too late this year to get seed; sorry. Plenty of seed if flowered early when the bees are still around here. If I start them late then inside and no bees and next to no seed, and the few pods get mildew usually. I will try and remember next year. Just a case of when you start watering again after summer.

Scilla madeirensis from a New Jersey supplier.
