Title: Paeonia red leaves ?

Hi, i got Paeonia obovata obovata from Carsten Burkhardt.
All my paeonies have green leaves, but this one gets first green, than
red leaves.
The plant hast no direct sun, But my home is at 800 NN, so UV ist high.
Any suggesrions?

I think it suffers from something in the growing conditions. Is the soil too wet?

no tendetially dry.
It grows together with Cyp. macranthos and Cyp fargesii and other plants.
All other are fine.

There are forms of P. obovata with very red or greyish-red leaves. I think all the white forms which grow here, or at least those I've seen, have these coloured leaves, like a deep, plummy bloom.
