I don't know if I am in the correct place with this question or not.

I would like to know whether or not Brunnera plants can be lifted successfully and transplanted.

Yes. Easily and at just about any time, in my experience. :)

Agreed Lesley.  When I'm deadheading the flowers pieces often come off and they root with no difficulty when potted up.
