This will be a short thread as it really is the end of the Daffodil season here!
I wasn't sure about starting this thread but when I saw that there is still a couple of daffs in bud I thought I would.
The first one is this hybrid jonquil, 'La Belle' x 2 views;
The next is a very late flowering Narcissus bulbocodium grown from seed (from Cris in Portugal) sown in 2010 and flowering for the first time this week,

Another late flowering jonquil - 'Little Sentry' (though I had it from Marcus as 'Sentry', I see that that's a synonym)
and a late bloom on another jonquil, 'Intrigue', which had its first flowers a month ago!

I didn't notice till I took this pic that the second flower in the pot of Narcissus bulbocodium seedlings actually has 12 petals!

On the way to work yesterday I stopped to photograph these "wild" daffs - I think it's the old hybrid called "Twin Sisters" - growing in the corner of a paddock
