Servus from Austria!

Please can anybody help with the identification of this Veronica. It was pictured End of May on the pass between Gospic and Karlobag in the Velebit mountains!

Looks midway between V. austriaca and A. dillenii ...... confusing that the foliage does not look very hairy....... I don't know!

With the help of some friends the plant was identified by Dr. Manfred Fischer (Veronica-guru) as
Veronica jacquinii ssp. orbiculata (= austriaca ssp. orbiculata).

Congratulations Maggi, you were quite close!
