Title: sowing Tulipa

Hi all, i have question about sowing tulipa's. I have some seeds T.tarda and next species what i have is unknown for me. But all is botanical species. What soil type is good,and what conditions i must adhere.

I would seed them just before the winter
most soils are ok just don't use peat based soil
most bulbs don't like that
They love to be covered by snow in the winter

gritty or sandy, alkaline soil, put some gravel on top to sop the seeds washing or blowing out, and to stop them drying as they germinate. Do not repot  untill they have grown for two years.
