I have Trillium rivale seeds to share, garden collected and packed in damp vermiculite. Packets contain either mixed color forms or a tall pink form with pink stripes in the petals. Send email if you're interested. Folks in past years have had excellent germination.

All seeds have been disbursed, with the surplus going to two nurserymen in my area.

These seeds which I got from Claire last summer are now germinating in my cold cellar. This was faster germination than what I have gotten from the seed exchange Trillium seeds (though different species), and I am so pleased.
Thank you for the seeds! :)

Mine too, Claire sent us fresh seeds!

Interesting. Seems that fresh (wet) seed germinates quicker than seed that has been dried. I've read that T.rivale seed can cope better with drying that other Trillium species because it can be subject to dry conditions in the wild.
