My goodness, this does seem early.
What a strange season this is....... or do we say this every year?! :-\

Anyone know what this one is?

I had Oxalis laciniata flowering over a month ago in the alpine house, and noticed the Gwen McBride form, bought at this year's Harlow show in a poly bag, in flower outside today.
-
Some of Oxalis adenophylla, the first is 'Sheffield Swan', others my seedlings. More on my home page rarebulbs.lv chapter Garden news.

Oxalis loricata - the first blooming with me in 4 years.

Beautiful oxalis, Janis.

lovely lorica.
I don't seem to do well with the south american Oxalis, except lobata which is a bit different anyway.
Anyone growing them successfully in the greenhouse? I moved all of mine out to troughs where they have hung on but never flowered.
There has been one exception. It's labelled "superstar" but I vaguely remember raising a number of seedlings from superstar and despite spending the last five years on the greenhouse floor it's flowered well.
I repoted it this year and though there are less flowers it is rather lovely.
