How often should Tecophilea be re-potted?

We repot ours every year.....

And mine seem to have come out of their long slump with an annual repotting.

Hi all,

Is there any chance to swap some seeds of Tecophilaea cyanocrocus against e.g. Pleione humilis bulbs?
Can't find seeds on the internet.
