Title: Platycrater arguta from seed

Hello everyone,

While checking the seeds in my fridge I found a pack of Platycrater arguta - has anyone here grown this plant from seed? I'd guess it will germinate under cold glass, but would like to verify this before trying...

Thank you very much for your advice, I could have had the idea of looking at Kristl's site!
Still your post rescues my Platycrater, I was about to sow them cold.

I sowed Platycrater arguta from seed a couple of years ago (young plants were killed by the severe frost last year).

Platycrater needs light to germinate so do not cover seeds. Sow the seeds on top of the sowing compost and put a plastic cover over the sowing pot to retain humidity.  Place somewhere warm (20 degrees C.). I can't remember how long it took before the seeds germinated.
