Title: Rodmarton Visit today
Post by: JacquelineJ on February 21, 2013, 06:30:53 PM
Had a super day out organised by Mel Tanner of The Coach House Gardens.  Lecture and film by Val Bourne followed by a delicious lunch and then a tour of Rodmarton Manor.  It was bitterly cold but Simon did a great job showing us around his superb garden and freezing my fingers on my camera was well worth it to see this stunning snowdrop, my new hearts desire.. I've fallen in love with it.

Maggie, I'm besotted... I can say I have a collection of yellows now because I have more than six and I was told by members it's the magic number that constitutes a 'collection'  ;D
I'm loving these greens because next to the whites they contrast so well.

The green above has a name but it's not registered yet but I ordered it anyway!! ;D

I suggest it  may not be good idea to mention a name if it is not yet registered-  may be pre-empted etc.......
