Alpine Crossing
Tim Harberd:
Just got back from a tandem trip across the Alps. 400Miles. From Geneva, via France/Switzerland to Italy, then back through Switzerland to Austria.
Attached, a few photos for your entertainment/amusement.

Wow!! Good for you - quite the trip on any bike!
Those lovely flowers and views must have helped you on your way, though. Some of the natives look a tad unkempt, I must say!
ruweiss:
Tim,
take my compliments for your powerful performance and many thanks for the excellent pictures.
They are the kind of photos which I miss in our forum since a longer time. Love the picture of the
ibex, never had the luck to see them in the wild.
Leucogenes:
Wow...what a sporting achievement.
I would also like to thank you for the magnificent pictures.
Rudi...we have already discussed this development in the forum and I share your opinion one hundred percent...it is a great pity that one hardly sees the REAL alpine plants here. No matter if from private gardens or from the wild. I think we are not alone with this opinion. But I don't give up hope.
Therefore, I am very grateful that Tim let us participate in his trip across the Alps.
