NW US seed catalogue? Ribes seeds?

I've been scratching my head trying to remember the name of the seed company offering seeds collected in the NW US - including Corydalis caseana brandegeei, a lot of Penstemon, sometimes Paeonia and Triperospemum? They used to give generous portions of seeds. Anyone know which company I mean?

Also, are there any seed suppliers willing to ship abroad that offers Ribes roezlii or R. lobbii?

You might try ALPLAINS  in Colorado, alplains.com ; e-mail: alandean7@msn.com. He collects and stocks an amazing variety of seeds and the prices are very reasonable.

They will not ship/sell to the EU or UK - they know of the phyto' requirement and will not provide one.
