Is there something wrong with the web page today? The ordering itself went super smooth, but once I reach payment both SagePay and PayPal fails to load?

I have not heard of any problems this morning, and members are still ordering and paying successfully this afternoon.
Have you tried again as it may have been a temporary problem?

Excellent, it must have been a temporary difficulty.

Paper Seed Lists were mailed out to all our UK postal members (not-e-members) yesterday the 7 December.

Electronic copies (both Excel and pdf formats) have been available on the members area of the website for a couple of weeks for all members including overseas members.  Log in and look on the Seed Ordering page.

The first UK orders were mailed out at the end of last week, and I hear they are starting to arrive on doormats today. These were 'main seed' orders.
More main orders will be mailed out over the next couple of days, followed by 'surplus' orders.  As usual, the surplus orders are picked separately, and will be mailed later than the main orders, so you will receive two envelopes if you have ordered both main and surplus.
Overseas orders will follow in the mail later in the week, once we have time to look at them - apart from EU countries and Australia which have to go through the phytosanitary process.

My seeds arrived this morning. Thanks for the seed exchange. A pity my new garden has no rock garden so I can send seed.

Mine arrived yesterday, thanks to all involved for their kind donations of time and seed, and hard work.

An early word of warning: item 220 (Anemone narcissiflora) is something else - I suspect A. multifida.

Seed order picking work has progressed very well over the last week since my last post.  All main and surplus orders for both UK and overseas members have been completed by the excellent seed team helpers in Glasgow.  This equates to a rate of around 75 orders completed per day.  All of these have now been mailed out - except for the following:
Australia and all EU countries (including Northern Ireland) require phytosanitary certification and these will be obtained over the next week or two, before being mailed overseas to individual members.

Note for US members:
Orders for USA members go through your USDA APHIS import inspection procedure, and they may be delayed depending on which Inspection Station mailing labels you supplied.  Please email the seed team at the seed@ address shown on the website to advise when you receive your seeds.  This may help us decide which Inspection stations are busy and to be avoided in future.

Several USA members have NOT yet provided emailed copies of USDA Permits and green/yellow mailing labels.  Your orders have therefore NOT yet been mailed out and we shall be contacting you individually - unless you email us pdf copies before we contact you - please!
