Several of my Dactylorhiza and one I got from Ian Christie have silver speckles on their leaves. Is this OK?

The best marked plant is Dactylorhiza ex Cruickshank Botanic Garden and obtained from Ian Christie

Maybe. Time will tell. I've seen it on my own plants also and new unfurled leaves
