Haemanthus 2022

<< < (2/2)

ashley:
Thanks John.
Here they seem to self without help, or perhaps crossed by random insects.  Flowering is over now but seeds are developing.
I usually send them to the SABG but this may be the last year :(

ashley:
If anyone would like some fresh seed of H. humilis humilis please send me a PM.

Jon Evans:
Hi John
I'm glad to see the babies performing well - just like the parent plant, which hasn't deigned to flower this year.  Most of my flowers this year were on Haemanthus humilis 'Giant' seedlings, which seemed to enjoy the hot summer better than some of the other forms.
