International crevice garden experts at Inverewe Gardens - September 2019

The Inverewe Rock garden project
Planting has always focused on the NZ flora and we have a large selection of such suitable plants ready to be planted into the new landscape that will be created.
In addition to the construction work on the rock garden we have arranged two talks:
Inverewe Garden Café
7pm Friday 6th Sep - Rock Gardening in Troughs and Containers – Ian Young
7pm Saturday 7th Sep - Crevice Gardens - Paul Spriggs
👨🌾 Subject to the weather a demonstration of landscaping in troughs and containers will take place near the rock garden at 2pm on Friday 6th and again on Saturday 7th September.
Inverewe is working with the Scottish Rock Garden Club to offer a joint programme of talks and workshops looking at many aspects of rock gardening with leading experts Ian Young, Julia Corden and Matt Topsfield.
Wednesday 4–Monday 9 September
*This event is included in the garden admission price (free for members).
Not only talks but the chance to see Canadian, Paul Spriggs and Czech, Zdenek Zvolanek - two modern crevice garden experts @NTSInvereweGardens this September!!
