'Garden News' has  printed a piece on Adrian Young  called "My life in Plants" - you'll see that Adrian  appreciates  more plants than his dear Saxes!

This image isn't  very big , but  you can scroll it  bigger to read better, I think....

This is not a million miles from me so I'll be popping along if next week goes well. Why do they do these things on Saturday?

Not a special Saxifraga day, but a plant sale at Waterperry ....
Waterperry Gardens
Come along to the Friends of Waterperry Gardens plant sale on Sunday 18th September. Starts at 10 30am, next to the museum.
There will be plants, lovely homemade produce, books and a tombola.
Please attend and  support if you can.

Mmmm. Thanks Maggi, seems to be about three weeks later than in previous years. Sax Society Web Site seems to be missing so can't check there.

:(  There will be no Spring Saxifraga day at Waterperry this year, we are doing some rebuilding beds and
constructing new top covers for the frames.
The good news is: There will a Saxifraga Party in late May for the ever increasing collection of Silver Saxifraga
