Thank You Maggi,
I do hope that somebody did buy this book already, so he or she can tell a bit about this book, so that I know if it is worth buying this book.

I am going to hang on until some people with experience of growing these plants, such as the Hardy Orchid Society review the book. Certainly I would be interested in Jeff Hutchins’ thoughts. The reviews on the page shown seem to be from excited “gardeners”, no disrespect intended, rather than orchid growers. Given that, other than Dactylorhizas, none of the British orchids are commercially available in any numbers, I do find the whole premise of this book rather worrying. When Gardeners World featured Hills and Holes at Barnack several clumps of man orchids disappeared within days. Coincidence? Perhaps.
The authors are connected to Bewdley Orchids, but they tend to show everything as “Out of Stock”.
God I sound cynical! And these are just my less cynical thoughts.
