The seeds of Iris foetidissma are very decorative and last
for a log time at the plants.

Nice, Rudi! Iris foetidissima ia an attractive feature of my garden during autum and winter, as well. Some seed-grown variations.

This year, the variegated form produced a few seeds for the first time since about 25 years.

Thank you Mariette, I did not know that so many forms of this Iris are existing.
My plants had so many flowers as never before, maybe because the hot season
we experienced.

The berries which look most heart-warming  during winter still are the orange-red ones, I think. The others are just making a change or may fit better into special plantings.

This is a small collection of seeds gathered from some seedlings in my garden. At top the usual "red" , in this case from a ´Citrina´sold by De Hessenhof.
