From Perth  SRGC Show Secretary, Alison Hogg:

Scottish Rock Garden Club - Perth Show returns in 2022

After an absence of two years, Scottish Rock Garden Club Shows return in 2022.  Perth Show will be held on Easter Saturday, 16th April at Dewars Centre, Glover Street, Perth.  Exhibitors and nurseries from all over the country will take over the Bowling Hall in what will be a welcome return for visitors, rock gardeners and exhibitors alike.

We hope you will join us to see the wonderful displays of plants exhibited by expert growers and enjoy the chance to catch up with old friends over a cup of tea and some cakes.  Come along and indulge in some long-awaited retail therapy!  This year six specialist nurseries will be offering a huge range of alpine and other plants:

Aberconwy Nursery       Ardfearn Nursery        Ashbrook Nursery

   Binny Plants          Hartside Nursery        Macplants

(Don't forget that these nurseries may be able to bring an order to the Show for you if there's something particular you're after!)

Plant Sales are available from 11am and the show benches open to the public from 12noon when judging is completed.  The Bowling Hall at Dewars offers a large space and rest assured that our teams will be doing their best to ensure that the events are as safe as we can make them with COVID 19 still present in the community.  It is recommended that all take a lateral flow test before visiting the show and that a face covering is worn whilst moving around the show.

We look forward to welcoming you to Perth for a colourful and memorable Easter Show.

I know the Nairn Show is cancelled, was a reason given? There are no shows within reasonable travelling distance now.
