I had spotted this cute little pine, with its candles, in the show hall..


It made me think of candle-lit supper with friends...



But that's not a great idea, you wouldn't be able to see us..

You were asking what X Briggostemon is.  It is a hybrid between Briggsia aurantiaca and the little Ancylostemon humilis that we also showed.  This is the first year that it has flowered.

A wee correction... Brian Hammond's display of Sedums was awarded  a GOLD medal, rather than a silver.

And wait till I see that Leven fellow... imagine showing a photo of the Judges getting their tea and scones with the jam still in the jar and using styrofoam cups? Yes, I know that's actually how it was, but there's no need to let everyone know!!
