Notice RE Perth and Angus SRGC Groups:

Merger of Angus Rock Garden Group and Perthshire Rock Garden Club

For those members who have not already heard by other means, the merger of Angus Rock Garden Group and Perthshire Rock Garden Club was finalised in January 2025.  This means that all interested former members of Angus group automatically become members of Perthshire Rock Garden Club.
It’s very good news that we all go into 2025 as a stronger group and this year gives us cause for double celebrations:
•   It is the 75th Anniversary of Perth Show and
•   75 years since the formation of the Angus Group
To mark the occasion, there will be a special 75th Jubilee Award to compete for in the Show this year and also a small display celebrating Perth Show and the Angus Group over the years.  The Show will be held on Saturday 12th April at:
North Inch Community Campus, Gowans Terrace, Perth, PH1 5BF
The Perth Committee is also looking at other ways to celebrate the anniversary – so lots to look forward to.
Everyone is welcome at our monthly meetings, held at 7.30pm on the first Tuesday of each month (at the above address). PRGC welcomes all new members and we look forward to meeting up at events during the year.
You can contact PRGC by emailing: perthshire.rockgarden.club@fireflyuk.net
