Silver on Dactylorhiza leaves

Several of my Dactylorhiza and one I got from Ian Christie have silver speckles on their leaves. Is this OK?

The best marked plant is Dactylorhiza ex Cruickshank Botanic Garden and obtained from Ian Christie

I think the silver speckling is hail/weather damage, Mark.

Maybe. Time will tell. I've seen it on my own plants also and new unfurled leaves
