I think if I had spent £300 on Green Tear, I would be very sad to see Grüner Frühaufsteher!
I think I know the secret of Hagen He cross his Galanthus with Cucumbers (gherkin)This cumcumbers are famos in his area ( Spreewald ) and in carneval the people do not throw away from the waggons bonbons ,choclate and other sweet things as typical in germany ....in Cottbus they throw gherkin So my idea for a better name than "Grüner Frühaufsteher" would be "Cottbuser Essiggurke" ( "Cottbus gherkin ") Hans
Maggi ,maybe this is a valuable information for Anne + Martin ?

Hagen, Do you use a "Gurkenflieger" for pollination ( cross between Galanthus + Cucumber ) ? Hans
