Here are some Saxifraga flowering. This year the youngest plants are flowering before mature ones, i've never seen that before. Strange winter compare to last year.

i've been traveling to Northamptonshire on monday and was surprise how perennials are still dormants (normal status for season) compared to north of France. In my garden some bearded iris flowering!!! it's now frozing -7c and gonna be a disaster for several species.
Nothing to understand, except nature can't regulate biological rythms due to weather's changes.
