New "Notice Board" feature

While this events  area of the forum   http://www.srgc.org.uk/smf/index.php?board=20.0
 is still available for postings about SRGC and other Events and happenings of interest to members, we have also introduced an "official" Notice Board Area to the Forum. There is a link from the front page of the main SRGC website and this area of the Forum will be used for important SRGC announcements....
