Bursary opportunity to attend SRGC Discussion Weekend
« on: January 24, 2011, 07:30:39 PM »
NEWS from SRGC!!

A Bursary ( grant) for attendance at the Discussion Weekend is being made available by the Council of SRGC.

A bursary has set up to offer a member of the SRGC who has never been to a Discussion Weekend the opportunity to do so with the SRGC funding their stay.

The bursary will be awarded annually and covers the actual cost of the Discussion Weekend itself; other expenses such as travel and additional nights at the hotel will need to be covered by the recipient.

Please send nominations to the Secretary either by e-mail or by post.
One member will be selected at random from all those put forward.

The deadline date for nominations is 15 May 2011.

Please send your nominations to SRGC Secretary Carol Shaw at Delft Cottage, Dyke, Forres IV362TF or by email to srgc.secATgooglemail.com (removing the AT and replacing that by @)

An exciting opportunity for someone to experience the fun and information whirlwind that is an SRGC Discussion Weekend. The Border Reivers will be the first group to welcome such a bursary winner.
