"Perennial is the national charity for those who work or have worked in horticulture, providing help, advice and support for anyone experiencing need or difficulties, whatever their age or horticultural trade."

"Founded in the 19th century, the charity has moved with the times as both horticulture and the needs of its people have changed. Perennial helps by providing money and services, and by ensuring people get the help they need from government departments, public and private organisations that are there to assist. Their highly skilled caseworkers are accessible and available to all who work in horticulture."

A charity worthy of our support andthere are various ways to  do this, listed in their website. One ofthe most pleasureable ways is surly to attend one ofthe many events arranged to benefit the charity, held all around the UK, such as these two examples mentioned below:
