Trillium rivale- I believe this plant was shown by alison Ward...Alison is the daughter ofthose late, great growers and SRGC Members  Don and Joan Stead.

That would be a great asset, wouldn't it? I must say,  when I am at the shows, I do take particular care to check that some of these truly breath-taking plants are REAL and not ceramic or culinary inventions, such is the level of perfection we see!

Some great pictures of some amazing plants! I'd love to know more about Ian Christie's Nagaland-lily, has it been identified?

It is a gorgeous lily, isn't it, Bjørnar? I'm told it went up to Joint Rock committee and was given a Preliminary Commendation. It's being called a form of L. mackliniae.... but some have doubts!
