very nice, John.  Eisblau has a very interesting colour.  My regelias are still at least three weeks from blooming.

Great selection John, Andromache is a favourite!
Hristo passed away, after a long illness, on 11th November 2018. His support of SRGC was  much appreciated.

They are very lovely John, with ALMOST enough aril in them to make them like the real thing. ;D

OK, my first aril of the season, regelia-SDB hybrid 'Vera-Ruby, from Lawrence Ransom.  Very robust, smaller bloom, like a table iris, 2 per scape.  It has a wonderfull fragrance, somewhat similar to Lily of the Valley.  here are two different fotos, one with a dark T-Shirt background, the other in full light.

here are a few shots of a sister to 'Vera-Ruby', the somewhat pinker 'Vera-Beatrice'.  Just for fun, I've made a few close-ups to see some of the subtle colour and patterning.  They were mis-labeled, therefore, change the name should you have saved them to your files, before I edited them.

The dwarf regelia hybrid Vera-Anne, another of the Vera sisters from Ransom.
A smaller and delicate flower on a robust 14" or so plant.
