Interesting - not a genus I've heard of.  Is it fragrant?

Beautiful flowers. I acquired a few one year old seedlings last week. The already show the grey patches on the leaves. Some are growing out a 3rd leaf now.

I have taken this in dimensions from flower, bulb is 9 cm in diameter, creed I catch up the dimension flower after 7-9 years

I had wondered what Heinie meant by "grey patches"on the foliage!

I should have written "silver speckles" like it is described by Huntington Botanical Gardens at this link http://www.huntington.org/BotanicalDiv/ISI%202008/isi/2008-27.html and "dark spots" as on the photo at this link. I will try to get a photo of my seedlings today.
