Narcissus pseudo narcissus?
« on: December 02, 2009, 01:22:56 PM »
I have seed from a daffodil left in the garden by my predecessor which I think is narcissus pseudo narcissus which is present throughout the Vienne.  The bulb bulks up quickly and sets copious viable seed.  Since breaking up the original clump the flowers in their new sites are about half as tall again as they were - approx 45 centimetres.  I find them easy to  germinate but very slow to get to flowering size bulb.

If you would like some to try, I would be pleased to supply.
