Nindethana Seed Service (which specialises in Australian Natives) usually stocks it.
I've ordered seed from them before without any problems.
I wrote to them with my card details, and the seed arrived without any problem.

The Plant Health folk (01904 465625) will let you know whether it can be brought in to the country without a Phytosanitory Certificate.
The only thing I've ever been 'refused' on is pine seed from outside the EU.

I'e never tried it myself but all I've read about it suggests it is very difficult to grow.
