No, Christine, the puppy is in the avatar of Jean Wyllie, who has just come out into the Forum after lurking in the background from the very beginning of the Old Forum!
It is the Wyllie's young spaniel, Pete, now no longer a tiny pup but a large working dog !

Mark,

Those sinense pics are absolute corkers!!  The contrasts in that first pic in particular are very striking.  Another species I shall have to keep an eye out for.  ::)

Thanks for the pics. 8)

Helen,

My poor long-suffering wife has known for years that I am a nutter.  SHE claims that I hid it before we were married though, and that I changed after the deed had been done.  :o  I reckon I've been a plant nutter all along, but that she just chose to overlook my infirmities in that department due to the rose coloured glasses of love .  ;D
Cheers.

Helen would you like some Geranium seeds?

If you are going to get hooked with hardy Geraniums you should buy the book 'Hardy Geraniums' by Peter Yeo
http://www.amazon.ca/Hardy-Geraniums-Peter-F-Yeo/dp/0881920193/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1230419248&sr=1-3

Here's another Geranium to look for is G. 'Pagoda'. It looks down also

Mark, yes please!!!!!
 ;D ;D ;D

I would like to buy the book and will if I ever see it, I might be able to order it from Chapters in Moncton, I'm really at a loss when it comes to Amazon.
I did have David Hibberd's "Hardy Geraniums", before I came to Canada.
