Does Boltonia always have entire leafs, Because this one does not.

Perhaps Kalimeris incisa?

Kalimeris does not seem too similar given the height - around four feet.

Palustris:
Leaves are wrong for Boltonia, sorry. Looks more like Kalimeris which can grow to 1.2 metres.
