Hi all ,

Like every year in this time we made yesterday a trip to the Vosges Mts. - here are some pics from the mountains and flowers in this time .

Nice scenery and good plants don't necessarilly have to be in remote, far away places Hans !  Thank you for reminding us !

it is Fromage Blance ( fresh cheese ) made from cow milk,
pouring with cream , sugar and Kirsch ( Eau de vin from cerise )

.....this is one of the famous desserts of this area !

All this "Ferme's" in the mountains produce "Fromage de Munster" in the summer months -the Framage Blanc is the fresh form of it .
