Disporum uniflorum
« on: May 20, 2017, 01:00:02 AM »
I am interested in seeds of D. uniflorum (syn. Disporum flavens). My clump at best of times produces 3-4 seeds, so I am thinking it may be self-incompatible? It does produce
plenty of the black fruits which remain decorative until fall but empty. If someone has one which produces seeds please pm me, thanks.

Gabriela  - Ken grows it but he says he hasn't really looked for seed on it.  Remind us and we can send you a piece in the autumn.

Thanks John, and Ken. It would be also interesting to see if yours sets seeds.
