These are really impressive Dave, especially the Ramonda. I have the same collection number myself, from seed years ago but it has never flowered so well as yours which is really superb.

I've had a NON-flowering problem with my precious Asteranthera ovata, which before I moved house/garden/nursery in early 2013, flowered quite well in a cool tunnel house and set seed. On the strength of that I promised seed to a few people in obscure places but after the move, to a cooler, moister garden, not a single flower - until this last week when I saw two spots of red and this wet week, another. One seems to be setting seed but we're into winter now so it may not develop. The plant itself, outside in a composty, cool spot is flourishing, growing by 25 cms in width each year but such reluctance to bloom. Why? It has been well watered in the summer and I've twice applied sulphate of potash to encourage it. I can only hope these 3 flowers are the beginning of better things to come in the future.
