Is not the second one a Puschkinia? I have always believed that Scilla (in the narrow old sense) has thin filaments to the anthers.
I am glad you start on this. The scillas are overlooked in my view.

I'm really not so familar with this genus - I think the third one is a Puschkinia ...but which ?
Also I really dont know which species are this....
I have some more but the wether is not so nice.

A picture of a scilla in my raised bed.I have lost the label but Mrs W. thinks it is a hybrid.

The others are scilla bythinica from woods near the Black Sea coast in Turkey.It is my favorite one,graceful and a lovely slaty blue colour.

I agree , thank you , Hans.... I must say that I find myself getting very confused with Scilla, Chionadoxa, Puschkinia and all their varieties..... I like them a lot but I cannot tell one from the other when I have not got half a dozen with labels in front of me! :-[ :-X So these are plants which I have just decided to enjoy, without any proper knowledge of their lives!!
