The first Anemone biflora starts to flower.I hope the sun will shine the next days for better picts with a full open flower.

For me an unique colouration.....  :o

The one and only Anemone biflora! - what a plant, what a color!
Is this species difficult?
I once hat a good germination from AGS seeds, but all the young seedlings disappeared after their first winter.

I can`t say much about the culture , because this plants is new in my collection.I use the same soil which I use for Corydalis ssp.. I have found the name `Archibald`on the label, now I believe this is a seed grown plant from this seed-source.I have pollinated it, so I hope it will set seeds.....
