Potting on now or later?
« on: August 02, 2015, 11:29:41 AM »
Have a few plants which have made good growth and could probably do with potting on, especially Primula allionii types. Can I pot on now or am I better to wait till maybe September !

Best time to do most things is when you have the time to do it, Lawrence!  But if it's very hot with you now it might be better to wait. If you've got cooler weather and there looks to be active growth then now might work. You'd need to be mindful of watering to maintain any new growth in leaf and root.
