Question about semi-double Crocus

A photo of a semi-double C. tommasinianus has been posted on Facebook-  and the  question is asked whether or not this has been seen before.




The existence of a semi-double C. chrysanthus has also been mentioned - any experience of that ?

Dear me, my memory is failing - we have had similar reports before,  here : http://www.srgc.net/forum/index.php?topic=3167.0   with plants found in England. This latest report comes from the Netherlands
